The City of Coquille purchased a building that used to be a credit union main office, with the intent of remodeling it to become the new City Hall. The City contracted with HGE to provide programming, design, cost estimating, construction bid documents preparation, and construction oversight services.
Some of the challenges included remodeling to accommodate a city council meeting room, council dais, and more offices. there was also a need to review use of space and accessibility issues.
